2.1 Limits Description

  • Cooling-Off Limit. You can set a Cooling-Off Period for a definite period of time (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months). While the limit is active, you cannot make fiat currency deposits to the Casino and you will be excluded from all promotional offers. You may still withdraw the remaining funds during this period. Please note that, due to the technical nature of cryptocurrency transactions, some cryptocurrency deposits may still be successfully processed while the Cooling-Off limit is active. Cooling-Off period is applied to your account immediately. Upon its expiring your account will automatically be re-activated.
  • Self-Exclusion limit. You can set a Self-Exclusion Limit for a definite period of time (6 months, 9 months, 1 year) or indefinitely. Upon activation, your Player Account will immediately be disabled and you will be excluded from all promotional offers for the selected period. You will not be able to make fiat currency deposits while the limit is active. However, remaining balances, including any successfully processed cryptocurrency transactions that may occur due to the technical nature of cryptocurrency payments, may still be withdrawn manually upon request via our customer support channels. The funds remaining on balance will be paid according to the casino limits. Please note that active self-exclusion does not make you exempt from verification procedure if it's required by the casino to process funds.
  • Session Limit. A player can also set a Session Limit to restrict the amount of time spent gambling. This limit takes effect instantly, and if the player reaches the set time, they will be automatically logged out of their account. The session limit can be set anywhere from 6 minutes to 1,000,000 minutes.

2.2 Self-Exclusion by request.

Players can also contact the support team via email [email protected] to inform them of their decision to stop gambling on the website, whether for a definite or indefinite period of time. The support team will take the necessary steps to block the player's access to their account and ensure that no promotional materials are sent to them during this period.

If a player is self-excluded from the casino, they will be unable to log into their account or request a withdrawal of any remaining balance. However, once self-excluded, the player can reach out to the support team via email to initiate a withdrawal of their remaining balance. The support team will respond within a reasonable timeframe, providing information on how to proceed with the withdrawal and assisting the player through the process. It's important to note that active self-exclusion does not exempt a player from the verification procedure, should it be required by the casino to process the funds. The loss limit and wager limit are currently not applicable for Sportsbook bets. The cooling-off limit currently does not prevent you from making a Sportsbook bet if you have an available balance.
